We source our spices from suppliers that stand for integrity in their supply chains. they ensure that the time from farm to table is minimal.

We also ensure that the spices are respected and treated correctly once they are in our kitchens, so you enjoy the best flavour possible.

Our produce is sourced as much as possible from local farmers and we try our best to source organically when we can. Believe us, we are much more concerned about this that anyone else. But given our cuisine is not local, this is not always possible.

All our food is made by a group of immigrant women. being one myself, I believe in the need to stand by them and support them economically so they have opportunities to integrate and flourish here.
